If you are thinking about doing a detox; please don’t think of it as some sacrificial experience where you must deprive yourself of all things good. A #rawfood only detox helps to strengthen the power of your taste buds since most cooked food is overly seasoned and your digestive track absorbs more nutrients and runs your body more efficiently. (There are many more benefits to list)
How many people do you know personally that make their own raw brownies, salad dressing, cheese, granola bars etc.? Not many huh? My detox has taught me to prep my meals because it all has to be raw and some items must soak or sit for a few hours to allow the flavor to reach its peak.
All this to say. Detoxing is not horrible and I eat like royalty.
